Ceri is an Advanced Breathwork Instructor and works with groups and individual clients to share these powerful practices in aaccessible way.

121 Breathwork Coaching

121 Breathwork Coaching can help, whether you are looking to:

The 4 week program is £175 and includes:​

  • 4 x 121 sessions on Zoom

  • A bespoke 21 day program

  • Ongoing practices for you to take away​

Group Breathwork Journeys

A gently held but powerful blend of Breathwork practices woven together for a supercharged meditation experience.

Downregulate your nervous system, shift stuck energy and access a deep state of clarity, connection and peace.
These practices have a wealth of benefits for body and mind, improving physical, mental and emotional health and resilience.
